Githoney Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Githoney platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

• Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Service ("User Content"). You grant Githoney a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.

3. Bounties and Payments

• Bounty Creation: Maintainers can create bounties by specifying the task, reward, and other relevant details.
• Bounty Acceptance: Contributors can accept and claim bounties by submitting a pull request or other agreed-upon form of contribution.
• Payment: Bounty rewards are held in escrow using smart contracts. Payments are released automatically to the contributor's wallet upon successful completion of the bounty and approval by the maintainer.
• Fees: Githoney charges a small fee for facilitating bounty transactions. The fee structure is outlined on the platform and may be subject to change.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your User Content.
• License: By submitting a contribution to a bounty, you grant the project maintainer a license to use your contribution under the terms of the project's open-source license.

5. Termination

Githoney reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Githoney does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Githoney be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not Githoney has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Governing Law
